Private wellness and lifestyle coaching sessions are included in all body sculpting packages. At rejuv, we believe in whole real food, mostly plant based and recognize the power in this lifestyle. We understand that sometimes life is busy without the possibility of slowing down. We will not require you to eliminate that, we’ll teach you how to work with it and still achieve your goals. Our team of body and wellness experts are dedicated to doing what it takes to get you immediate results while helping you have life-long success through motivation, support and education.

7 Day (Internal Rejuvenation) Cleanse
The 7 day internal rejuvenation cleanse is a jump start to a healthier lifestyle designed to give you immediate results in conjunction with a long term plan for success. This cleanse week take minimal preparation and is easy to fit into even the busiest of lifestyles. No juicer or additional time required.
This cleanse combines three days of drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices that we will have made fresh for you, with two days of eating whole healthy foods before and after. Includes two private wellness and lifestyle consultations before and after the cleanse week and all the fresh juice. Consultations will walk the client through every aspect of the cleanse week and ensure the best possible outcome. Clients can expect a 5-10lb body fat loss.
