Food Sensitivity Testing

Food Sensitivity Testing

Sometimes certain foods can make you feel sick or physically uncomfortable, but it can be tricky to pinpoint what exactly is the culprit of unpleasant symptoms.

Many of these symptoms stem from dealing with an undiagnosed food sensitivity. Food sensitivity can be difficult to diagnose because it triggers a reaction in your system that is a delayed immune response. It could take up to 72 hours for symptoms of a food sensitivity to present. The problem with this delayed response is that you eat a wide range of foods in the time it takes for symptoms to appear. This makes it difficult for you to spot a pattern between the specific foods you eat and your symptoms. With Food Sensitivity Testing, patients are able to see what foods need to be avoided to prevent feeling sick. Once patients have the results in front of them that says exactly what they should and shouldn’t be eating, they feel extremely motivated to make changes to their diet. It’s hard to change your diet without knowing for sure which foods are negatively affecting your health – results help cut through the confusion.

Common signs of food sensitivity:
  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
  • Joint pain
  • Headaches or migraines
  • Eczema
  • Rashes and skin irritations
  • Stomach aches
  • Acid reflux
  • Bloating
  • Constipation or diarrhea
  • Unexplained weight gain or loss
  • Behavioral issues (in children)

Rejuv’s Food Sensitivity Testing in Fargo is a comprehensive test that will evaluate 96 different foods to test your level of sensitivity with them. It involves a single finger prick with one of our experienced nurses. We will send it in for testing and get the results back in 7-10 days. You will then be able to schedule a consultation to go over the results with Amazon Kindle award-winning author and Rejuv’s Body and Wellness Director, Charmaine English.
