Director of Business Strategy

We are looking to hire a driven Director of Business Strategy to identify and execute growth opportunities. This position is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. The DBS will evaluate market forecast and long-term trends, collect competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional business processes and maintain business model innovation. This exceptional candidate will take long term strategic plans and translate them into short term impactful result.  This role will partner directly with the company’s chief executive officer to execute on Rejuv’s transformative vision.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan that supports Rejuv’saggressive goals to scale and grow.    Work with the leadership team to take the plan from idea to reality.
  • Analyze market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance and competitive intelligence to drive dynamic growth strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Business analytics to structure and drive critical business decisions that accelerate the growth of Rejuv
  • Assess Rejuv’sportfolio of projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic long-term goals.
  • Directly lead highperforming digital marketing team.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of customer journey; tracking trends, measuring satisfaction and incorporating predictive analysis to “see around corners” of the business
  • Createstechnology charter to detail software application specifications necessary to accomplish strategic goals and objectives.
  • Developsnew business opportunities by leveraging business relationships, pursuing new product development, and improving project effectiveness.
  • Perform analysis of risks and barriers to future Rejuvgrowth and recommend mitigation solutions
  • Assess effectivenessof marketing and offerings to create growth strategies.   This could include, but not limited to, new products, services, and procedural improvements.
  • Drive partnership via acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures in alignment with Rejuv’slong term vision.

Aesthetic Care Specialist

The Aesthetic Care Specialist is a crucial member of the Rejuv team. This position is responsible for: Artistically delivering medically-based aesthetic services— exfoliating treatments such as Silkpeels or chemical peels, waxing, dermplaning, microneedling and facials—to clients; delighting clients with exceptional customer service; helping efficient client flow through the Clinic; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; educating clients about Rejuv products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving client satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes clients, and knows the names of most clients.
  • Delivers aesthetic services (Dermalinfusion, microneedling, facials, dermaplane) to clients in a professional, confident, caring way.
  • Demonstrates professional, aesthetic technical expertise in the delivery of all services.
  • Builds client confidence in the incumbent’s skills and talents.
  • Keeps up-to-date on aesthetics industry; recommends new treatments, procedures and products.
  • Prepares treatment rooms prior to client procedures.
  • Performs closing duties including cleaning treatment rooms, stocking supplies, etc.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of Rejuv products and services; educates clients accordingly.
  • Helps build repeat business by re-booking clients prior to their exit.
  • Promotes additional services to clients; solicits referrals.
  • Recommends Rejuv’s retail solutions to every client using a prescription pad.
  • Participates in performance management process (i.e. performance plans, reviews, etc.)
  • Attends and participates in monthly team meetings.
  • Develops and maintains a positive rapport with all staff.
  • Ensures client record keeping is current and accurate.
  • Reports client complaints, concerns, or equipment problems to Clinic Director.
  • Participates in sales and marketing activities (i.e. seminars, party nights, Women’s Showcase).
  • Maintains appropriate licensures, certificates, etc.
  • Assists with laundry.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.

Aesthetics Sales Specialist

The primary role of the Facial Aesthetics Specialist is to perform patient consultations and ensure all patients receive a complete complexion analysis and sufficient education about memberships, products, packages and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales consultations
  • Educate and sign up patients for Rejuv membership program
  • Assist patients with skin care needs including writing personalized product and treatment plans to get them to their skin care goals
  • Perform complexion analysis with a 6-month treatment plan
  • Schedule an anti-aging service
  • Cross over to additional services
  • Perform 3-month follow up on skin analysis’ and update treatment plans
  • Perform all patient follow up calls

Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

The Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Level 1 is a critical member of the Rejuv team.  This position is responsible for: Delivering a variety of aesthetic and wellness services with exceptional skill and confidence; assisting Rejuv’s Nurse Practitioner; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; helping efficient patient flow through the clinic; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; and confidently educating our patients on Rejuv products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes patients and provides an overview of the chosen procedure.
  • Prepares treatment rooms for procedures.
  • Prepares patients for procedures (i.e. numbing cream application).
  • Performs vitamin injections and blood draws for lab work
  • Operates laser and/or skin rejuvenation equipment and administers treatments (i.e. laser hair removal)
  • Assists Nurse Practitioner with all services
  • Conducts patient follow-up activities (i.e. phone check-ins, notes).
  • Monitors and maintains standards of safety in all treatment rooms.
  • Promotes additional services to patients; solicits referrals.
  • Ensures medical charting is completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensures treatment room is appropriately stocked with supplies, etc.
  • All equipment maintained and cleaned according to standards
  • Maintains strong knowledge of Rejuv products and services; educates patients accordingly.
  • Confidently sells Rejuv service and product solutions to a wide range of patients.
  • Helps build repeat business by re-booking patients prior to their exit.
  • Assists with laundry.
