Patient Services Specialist – Now Hiring! 

The Patient Service Specialist is a crucial member of the Rejuv team. This position is responsible for: Delighting patients with exceptional customer service; answering the phone with a smile and completing all reservations with 100% accuracy; ensuring efficient patient flow through the Clinic; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; educating patients about Rejuv products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv.

Candidates that will excel in this role will have/be:

  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages.

Aesthetic Nurse Specialist – Now Hiring!

The Aesthetic Nurse Specialist is a critical member of the Rejuv team.  This position is responsible for: Delivering a variety of skin treatments and services with exceptional skill and confidence, including laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, Botox injections, Dermal Filler injections, etc.; delighting clients with exceptional customer service; helping efficient client flow through the Clinic; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; confidently selling Rejuv products and services to a wide range of clients. This position is pivotal in achieving client satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes clients and provides an overview of the chosen procedure
  • Prepares treatment rooms for procedures
  • Prepares clients for procedures (i.e. numbing cream application)
  • Operates laser equipment and administers laser-based treatments (i.e. hair removal, skin rejuvenation)
  • Administers Botox, Restylane, Radiesse and Juvederm injections
  • Conducts patient follow-up activities (i.e. phone check-ins, notes)
  • Monitors and maintains standards of safety in all treatment rooms
  • Promotes additional services to clients; solicits referrals
  • Develops and maintains a positive rapport with all staff
  • Ensures client record keeping is current and accurate
  • Ensures the treatment room is appropriately stocked with supplies, etc.
  • Completes necessary education and training activities to meet standards set by Rejuv, the state of North Dakota, or regulatory agencies
  • Reports client complaints, concerns, or equipment problems to clinic director
  • Participates in sales and marketing activities (i.e. seminars)
  • Builds client confidence in the incumbent’s skills and talents
  • Keeps up-to-date on aesthetics industry; recommend new treatments, procedures, and products
  • Maintains strong knowledge of Rejuv products and services; educates clients accordingly
  • Confidently sells Rejuv service and product solutions to a wide range of clients
  • Helps build repeat business by re-booking clients prior to their exit
  • Participates in performance management process (i.e. performance plans, reviews, etc.)
  • Maintains appropriate licensures, certificates, etc.
  • Assists with laundry
  • Performs other related duties as requested

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
  • Outstanding listening skills
  • Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports

  • Vision must by 20/20 or corrected to 20/20.

Credentials and Experience

  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Licensed to practice in North Dakota
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience
