Purchasing Specialist

Job Summary: The position is responsible for all purchasing for the clinic as well as the flow of all inventory into the clinic and managing outgoing retail shipping.  The main objective is to ensure that the clinic has a working inventory of all necessary supplies and products; orders are properly checked in, verified for accuracy against purchase orders, unpacked and stored in their designated location. The position works closely with the Clinic Director and Vice President, assisting with daily inventory oversight as well as paying invoices and general financial management responsibilities. This role is pivotal in establishing inventory count accuracy and controls.

Purchasing Responsibilities

  • Budgeting, tracking, and purchasing of all retail products, professional supplies, treatment supplies, office supplies, postage supplies, and marketing material to ensure smooth daily operation of Rejuv.
  • Works with product vendors on pricing, awareness of upcoming sales/specials, lost orders, free samples for staff, returns, etc.
  • Manage all costs through the facility-ensure that all vendors billing is accurate, etc.
  • Competitive price shopping of facility supplies, treatment supplies, and print materials to ensure Rejuv is getting the most cost-effective supplies and products.

Inventory Responsibilities

  • Performs monthly full inventory count
  • Manages Autoship program and direct to patient shipping
  • Manages special orders
  • Notifies the Clinic Director of any discrepancies when comparing packing slip to the PO.
  • Maintains keyed access to the locked receiving room, which is to be used for both unpacking and storage of treatment room supplies and retail overflow.  It’s important to keep the lobby free and clear of clutter.  The room is a QUIET zone being next to a treatment room.
  • Ensures products are checked in and distributed the day of delivery.
  • Distributes supplies to Clinical Care team and completes corresponding tasks.
  • Entering A/p invoices into accounting software from Visa, AMEX and cutting checks

Job Summary: The Patient Services Coordinator is a crucial member of the Rejuv team. This position is responsible for: Delighting patients with exceptional customer service. Ensuring efficient client flow through the Clinic; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; educating clients about Rejuv products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Credentials and Experience

  • Licensed Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse
  • Licensed to practice in North Dakota
  • Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical office
