      Job Summary: The Patient Services Coordinator is a crucial member of the Rejuv team. This position is responsible for: Delighting patients with exceptional customer service. Ensuring efficient client flow through the Clinic; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; educating clients about Rejuv products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

    • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record keeping.
    • Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports.

    • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

    We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who can direct our marketing efforts for our growing practice. This position will manage all areas of sales and marketing for Rejuv as well as our consulting and training division, MRogne & Co. This new, evolving role will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative marketing solutions to achieve measurable results.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field required.
    • A minimum of three years of marketing or business development experience required.

Job Summary: The Aesthetic Nurse Specialist is a critical member of the Rejuv team.  This position is responsible for: Delivering a variety of skin treatments and services with exceptional skill and confidence, including: laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, Botox injections, Dermal Filler injections, etc.; delighting clients with exceptional customer service; helping efficient client flow through the Clinic; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; confidently selling Rejuv products and services to a wide range of clients. This position is pivotal in achieving client satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Credentials and Experience

  • Licensed Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse
  • Licensed to practice in North Dakota
  • Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical office

 

Special Requirements

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
