Rejuv wants to reward you for your loyalty! As long as you are a patient at Rejuv, you are automatically enrolled in our Rejuv Rewards program that began on August 1st 2011, and have been accruing points ever since! If you are not a patient yet, you are enrolled after your first appointment or purchase at Rejuv. Earning points is easy - here's how:

• 100 points awarded for booking an appointment online
• 250 points awarded for prebooking your next service
• 500 points awarded for trying a service for the first time
• 2500 points awarded for referring another client
• 1 point awarded for every $1 spent on products or services purchased

1,000 points = $10 credit toward any Rejuv purchase!

For example - when you refer a client to Rejuv you receive 2500 points - or $25 credit toward future Rejuv purchases!

Manage Your Points Online:

You will receive a quarterly points statement if you have accrued 2500 points, but you can check your balance anytime online. Here's how:

• Click "Schedule Online" on the left side of this page
• Fill in the requested information
• You will be e-mailed a unique username and password and instructions for accessing our scheduling website.

You will then be able to schedule appointments, view your purchase history and manage your reward points!
