WORK ENVIRONMENT
Rejuv is an “upscale” skin and laser clinic, designed to improve clients’ lives by helping them feel better about the way they look. The Rejuv team will supply a variety of skin renewal services to a wide range of clientele. The goal is to delight each and every client by providing highly competent, professional, results-oriented skin care services in a uniquely managed and designed clinical environment. If accomplished, this will result in client loyalty, repeat business, and word-of-mouth referrals.
JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Services Specialist is a crucial member of the Rejuv team. This position is responsible for: Delighting clients with exceptional customer service; performing all office functions; ensuring efficient client flow through the Clinic; executing sales and marketing strategies; performing front desk operations; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; educating clients about Rejuv products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving client satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Skin & Laser Clinic.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greets and welcomes clients, and knows names of most clients.
• Answers phones; makes appointments in computer system.
• Asks clients to complete required forms and registers them in the computer system.
• Directs clients to waiting area, retail area, and/or treatment rooms.
• Offers complimentary beverages, snacks, etc.
• Assists clients with purchase of skincare products, gift cards, services.
• Re-books clients prior to their exit.
• Promotes additional services to clients; solicits referrals.
• Maintains client software database.
• Performs inventory of retail and professional product.
• Performs office-related functions: filing, supply ordering, correspondence; keeping staff lounge orderly and neat, etc.
•Provides office support to Clinic Director and Clinic Coordinator
•Develops and maintains positive rapport with all staff.
•Ensures client record keeping is current and accurate.
•Participates in sales and marketing activities (i.e. seminars, party nights).
•Performs other related duties as requested.
